Terms of Service
Last updated: August 31, 2026
These terms govern your use of TractionBooster (“the service”), operated by an independent founder based in Spain, at www.tractionbooster.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
What the service is
TractionBooster analyzes your product and finds publicly available Reddit conversations relevant to it, ranks them, and generates draft posts and replies you can review and use. It is a research and drafting tool: you decide what to publish, and anything you post on Reddit or elsewhere is posted under your own account and responsibility.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Anonymous trial sessions and their data expire after 7 days if you don’t register.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use the service to spam, harass, or mislead people, on Reddit or anywhere else.
- Respect the rules of each subreddit and Reddit’s own terms when you engage with threads the service surfaces.
- Don’t attempt to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or resell the service.
- Don’t submit content you don’t have the right to use.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Plans and billing
The free tier requires no credit card. The paid plan (from $20/month) is billed through Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with prior notice.
Content and intellectual property
You keep all rights to the content you submit and to the drafts you publish. We keep all rights to the service itself. Reddit content surfaced by the service belongs to its respective authors and is subject to Reddit’s terms.
No guarantees
The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted operation, that every surfaced lead is relevant, or any particular business outcome (users, revenue, or traction). AI-generated drafts can contain errors — review them before publishing.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or actions taken by third parties (including Reddit moderation decisions on your posts).
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms, with notice where reasonable. On termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Nothing in them limits rights you have as a consumer under EU law.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
